Delivery Information & Charges

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery of your parcel. Parcels will not be left in a 'safe place'.

Orders placed before 3.30pm during the weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.

You will receive an email or text message from Parcelforce which will advise you that your parcel has been dispatched with information on the delivery day and the tracking number.

If you are not going to be in you have options in the message from Parcelforce to rearrange your delivery date or have your parcel delivered to a neighbour.

If you are not in, Parcelforce will leave a contact card for you to rearrange the delivery.

We only deliver to UK addresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver parcels to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

This delivery information does not apply to items that are delivered directly to you by the manufacturer.

CHARGES

Mainland UK Parcelforce Zone 1 (this zone covers most of the mainland UK, apart from those postcodes detailed in Zone 2 & Zone 3)

Delivery is FREE on orders over £50 ex-VAT (your parcel will be sent on the Standard service).

Delivery charges for orders under this amount or for additional services:

Standard (1 - 2 working days) £6.99 + VAT

Economy (2 - 4 working days) £6.25 + VAT

Premium Delivery (next working day before Noon) £10.99 + VAT

Saturday Delivery £19.99 + VAT
